Steady care for the full person

Bayshore Integrated Health offers thoughtful, unhurried outpatient psychiatric and therapeutic care to adults across Florida, where integration between mind, body, and relationship is treated as clinical necessity, not a marketing phrase.

Behavioral health services

01

Psychotherapy

Individual therapy at Bayshore is conducted by licensed clinicians who draw from modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance-based approaches, and psychodynamic work, selecting and combining them based on what fits you rather than what is easiest to deliver. Sessions move at a pace that respects how long real change actually takes, and your therapist coordinates with your psychiatric provider when you are working with both.

Couples & Family Care

Relational care here starts from the position that the relationship itself is the patient, not one person in it. Couples and family sessions create space for the dynamics that are hard to articulate alone, and clinicians trained in relational work guide those conversations without taking sides. This service is available to adults navigating partnership stress, family ruptures, life transitions shared between people, and communication patterns that have quietly calcified over time.

Specialty Care

Beyond general outpatient services, Bayshore has developed focused clinical attention around several areas where adults often feel underserved or misunderstood. These programs are not separate facilities; they are areas of concentrated expertise within the same integrated practice, delivered by clinicians whose training and ongoing consultation specifically support the populations and presentations they serve.

Psychiatry & Medication Management

Psychiatric care at Bayshore begins with an unhurried diagnostic evaluation rather than a symptom checklist and a prescription. Your psychiatrist takes time to understand the full arc of your history before any medication conversation begins. Ongoing medication management visits are scheduled with enough time to assess not just symptom change but how you are living with the treatment.

Telehealth

Secure video appointments at Bayshore extend the same clinical care to adults throughout Florida who prefer to receive it from home or whose circumstances make in-office visits difficult. The technology is straightforward, the sessions follow the same format and length as in-person appointments, and the clinical relationship feels continuous across both formats. Florida residents in any part of the state may access telehealth services for both psychiatry and therapy.

About the practice

Bayshore Integrated Health

Some people arrive here after years of fragmented care. Others come early, before things have gotten harder. Wherever you are starting from, Bayshore Integrated Health moves at the pace your healing actually requires.

Our clinical team is composed of board-certified psychiatrists and independently licensed therapists (psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors). We deliver care to adults 18 and over, both in person and through secure telehealth, and we work with most major commercial insurance plans.

Common questions

Frequently asked

How long does it typically take to get an initial appointment?
Availability varies by clinician and service type, and we do not advertise a fixed wait time because doing so would often be inaccurate. When you reach out, our intake coordinator will give you an honest current picture of availability and help you decide whether to schedule or explore other options while you wait.
Is telehealth available for all services, or only certain ones?
Secure video appointments are available for individual psychiatry, individual therapy, and most medication management follow-ups for adults residing in Florida. Couples and family sessions may also be conducted via telehealth in many circumstances. Your clinician will let you know if a particular point in your care is better served by an in-person visit.
What credentials do the clinicians at Bayshore hold?
Psychiatrists at Bayshore are board-certified in psychiatry and hold active Florida medical licenses. Psychotherapists are fully licensed at the independent practice level, holding credentials such as LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist, depending on their training background. We do not place provisionally licensed or supervised-only clinicians in independent patient care roles.
