We are committed to making both our website and our clinical practice accessible to patients of all abilities. This page documents our standards, our known gaps, and the accommodations we provide on request.

Our commitment

Bayshore Integrated Health is committed to ensuring that our website and our clinical services are accessible to patients with disabilities. We design our website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard as our target conformance level, and we audit periodically against that standard.

In our practice

  • Physical accessibility: Our offices are designed to meet ADA accessibility standards, including wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms.
  • Interpretation services: Language interpretation (including ASL) is available at no cost to the patient. Please request when scheduling.
  • Telehealth as accommodation: Where in-person visits present an accessibility barrier, telehealth visits are available for the same care.
  • Accommodations: If you require a specific accommodation for any visit — quiet waiting space, longer appointment time, alternate format documents — we will arrange it. There is no fee for accommodations.

  • Semantic HTML structure for screen readers.
  • Sufficient color contrast against backgrounds (WCAG AA target).
  • Keyboard navigation throughout the site.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  • Descriptive alt text for any informational images.
  • Captions and transcripts for any embedded video (when present).
