About the practice

Bayshore Integrated Health

Steady care for the full person

Our clinical team

The clinical team at Bayshore Integrated Health includes board-certified psychiatrists and fully licensed psychotherapists whose training spans multiple evidence-based modalities. Credentials matter here not as wallpaper but as a floor: every clinician practicing under this roof holds the licensure appropriate to their scope, pursues ongoing continuing education, and participates in regular clinical consultation.

Our story

Some people arrive here after years of fragmented care. Others come early, before things have gotten harder. Wherever you are starting from, Bayshore Integrated Health moves at the pace your healing actually requires.

Bayshore was founded on a particular conviction: that outpatient behavioral health works best when psychiatry and therapy are practiced side by side rather than handed off between offices that never speak to each other. The clinicians who shaped this practice had seen what disconnected care looks like, and chose to build something quieter, more coherent, and more attentive to the whole person sitting across the room.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Integration as clinical standard. psychiatry and therapy coordinating openly is not an upgrade tier; it is simply how care at Bayshore is delivered.
  • Patience with complexity. most people who come to us do not have one clean diagnosis, and we do not treat them as if they do.
  • Honesty about uncertainty. when a diagnosis is still forming or a treatment is not yet working, we say so plainly rather than projecting false confidence.
  • Respect for the pace of change. emotional and psychological growth moves on its own timeline, and we do not rush people through a process to satisfy an intake metric.
  • Privacy as a quiet priority. the information you share with your clinician stays within the care relationship; we handle it accordingly and explain your rights without prompting.
  • Relational safety before technique. no therapeutic method does much in a room where a person does not feel genuinely safe, so establishing that safety comes first, every time.

How we work

Integrated from the first appointment

Psychiatric care and psychotherapy at Bayshore are not parallel tracks that occasionally intersect. They are deliberately coordinated from intake forward, so that the person working with you on medication and the person working with you in therapy share a clinical picture rather than separate fragments of one.

Time that belongs to you

Appointments here are scheduled with enough room for an actual conversation. We do not run a high-volume model where a follow-up is ten minutes with a clipboard. Whether you are coming in for medication management or a therapy session, the hour is genuinely yours.

Evidence informing judgment

Treatment decisions at Bayshore draw from the current empirical literature, but evidence is read alongside the particular person in the room. Research informs clinical judgment; it does not replace it, and neither does habit or convenience.

Continuity over convenience

You will see the same clinician across visits rather than cycling through whoever is available. Therapeutic continuity is not a bonus we offer; it is a foundational condition for the kind of care we believe actually helps people move forward.

When you're ready, we are too.
