Bayshore Integrated Health
At Bayshore Integrated Health, we believe that care works best when it moves at the rhythm of the person receiving it. Our team brings together psychiatry, psychotherapy, and integrated behavioral health so that each part of your wellbeing can be held in one place, without the feeling of being rushed or reduced to a single concern. Whether you are navigating anxiety, a life transition, or something harder to name, we are here to sit with you in it.
Our clinical team is composed of board-certified psychiatrists and independently licensed therapists (psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors). We deliver care to adults 18 and over, both in person and through secure telehealth, and we work with most major commercial insurance plans and several state Medicaid programs.

How long does it usually take to get an appointment?
We do our best to offer new appointments within a reasonable timeframe, and we will give you a clear sense of availability when you reach out. If your needs feel urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Do you accept insurance, and can I be seen via telehealth?
Bayshore Integrated Health accepts a number of insurance plans and also offers private-pay options — our intake team can walk you through the details before you commit to anything. All of our services are available through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, so you can receive care from anywhere in Florida.
What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first appointment is a chance for us to listen — to understand what brings you in and what kind of support feels right for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive; we will take the time together to get a clearer picture of where you are and what might help.
